Parliamentarian Description

ESCDA PARLIAMENTARIAN DUTIES 

The duties of the Parliamentarian shall be to:

1. Serve as an advisor to the President and serve on the Executive Board;

2. Maintain rules of order during all meetings;

3. Participate in annual review of ESCDA bylaws; and

4. Provide updated bylaws to Webmaster as needed.
