All-Shore Chairs

The duties of the Junior and Senior All-Shore Chairs shall be (but not limited) to:

• Select clinician and maintain communication in conjunction with Vice-President;

• Choose audition piece in conjunction with Executive Board and members;

• Create and distribute audition packet.

• Provide necessary materials at auditions site.

• Formulate chorus membership based on available data.

• Collect nomination forms and fees; (fees will be determined by the Chairs and Executive Board);

• Distribute All-Shore packets to selected students following auditions ;

• Collect All-Shore packets at the conclusion of performance

• Generate written program.
